RTS FORMULA
The three divine sanctifications benefit from tithes differently.
The RTS calculation formula is the official assigned RTS project recognized variable for use in all of its network. It is the biblical formula designed by the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament to run the orientation, coordination and distribution of tithes in the churches. The 1:9:90 distribution formula is a reflection of our spiritual mapping including threes fashions of relationship (sanctifications) in mission to remain united with the lord forever. The Holy Spirit has signed this formula relieving me completely of any responsibility concerning the decision to implement this formula to the church. If you are a Christian, ensure that you read and understand before you react; the truth can only be fought with something called “a lie”. THREE LEVELS OF SANCTIFICATION FOR THREE TITHE DIVIDES.
For the High priest is Jesus (one lord) who cares for all the children both the priests and the Levites. The 1% funds therefore cover the whole of Christianity.Not all children in a household have the necessary knowledge and understanding of spiritual things. The priesthood is an intermediary institution that links both themselves and children (Levites) from all walks of life to their loving father.
Neh 10:38 And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure-house.
INNER CHAMBER
Follow the inspiration of Gods designing of the divine presence.
The inner chamber or Treasure house harbouring the ark of the covenant is the presence of the lord. It is different from the two outer courts. Robbing the tithe of the tithe meant for the High priest is a dangerous game. After receiving the revelation of the High priest in a vision in January 2014, I ask all priests to make sure that the RTS 1% is paid to ensure that the RTs succeeds in its mission for the high priest. This vision gave me understanding of the divine priesthood of Jesus in me. Even now not all of us have the necessary fire to visit the inner chamber of the High priest (Rev 3:21). The fire is always about your quality of sacrifice; giving and serving in the bond of perfection (Col 3:14). The seal of the Holy Ghost is a baptism of fire (Matt 20; 22).
Understanding scripture is very important to deal with the RTS formula. God’s warnings in the book of Malachi does not concern the middle layer for priests because the priests are the principal accused. It concerns only;

the inner chamber (Mal 3:8): This is where only the High priest could visit; every other person was prohibited to enter here.

the external layer for Levites (Mal 2:8): This is where all Levites gathered together to perform the evening sacrifice Psalm 141:2.
The arrangement of the inner chamber rules out the responsibility of the Levite (Christians) in robbing the tithe of the treasure room since all this collection is done by the priest. The priests therefore are the natural suspects of Mal 3:8; robbing the tithe portion meant to be used in the treasure-house of God. The 1% of the inner chamber (RTS) helps the whole body of Christ just as the tithe of the tithe served the High priest who stood for all the people. The Holy Spirit says it is strictly not for the priests. The tithe of the tithe means the priests count 10% of the 10% (pastors tithes) remaining which makes it 1%. 9% is therefore left to them as the church tithe.
Heb 9:1-11 Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary. For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the showbread; which is called the sanctuary. And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercy seat; of which we cannot now speak particularly.
Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God. But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people: The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect,… But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
SHARING TITHES IN THE RTS PROJECT
The tithe fellowship depends on the arrangement put forth by God concerning the sanctified.
The lord has assigned us to celebrate his love in sharing together by the RTS 1:9:90 formula. The sharing or distribution process (giving and receiving in fellowship) is a training exercise that all sons of God must learn. This is not an ordinance but rather a part of the law yet to be fulfilled to the glory of our lord. FINAL DICTATES
Just as in the transition from the time of Malachi to Jesus (Mal 1:1), the lord has assigned ME with this burden to tell the priests of today before he comes back again. These are your offenses:
1) You priests have robbed the treasure-house (1% tithes for the High priest of the inner chamber or Holy of Holies), Malachi 3:8. This accusation of robbing tithes even from the law has never been for any reigning high priest for the high priest is the lord himself. The high priest cannot be accused.
2) You have corrupted the covenant of Levi (eaten all the 90% for the Levites), Malachi 2:8. No Christian is accused with you because you did not use the money correctly. You studied the tithes collection manual and ignored the distribution instructions.
3) Perhaps you were also offended at some of your collaborators and did not help them with the 9% that is for the priests. Make sure you call them back and make peace right now.
I judge you from the word of God as the Spirit of God speaks and my judgement is the lords. Your tithe records are available for you to know exactly what you are owing the body of Christ and to refund that money. You don’t have any better choice but to repent and make peace with the lord immediately.
If you repent and start walking right, the lord will lift you up the same way he lifted up all that live by faith. Those who choose to resist the hand of the lord shall utterly be destroyed and come to shame. Even though some pastors are doing this out of a “willing ignorance”, there are yet many evil workers (dogs) in the house of God who need a serious outburst of rebuke. Walk with the RTS, receive grace to overcome the world. Amen

Congratulations for fulfilling even this scripture with perfection ministry. Many important teachings about giving and receiving was covered by them that were sent to deliver it to the children. Our lord is referring to hypocrisy (saying one thing here and another thing there) in the same scripture, Luke 12:1-5. Not humbly accepting to allow every truth to stand on its own full right because of personal interests.

Just like the Old Testament where both the High priest, priests and Levites are sons of Levi; today also, Jesus, all “Men and women of God” as well as all the Christians are first of all just Christians. We are sanctified into one body and under one lord. Our most important identifying factor is about our unique togetherness.
Grace and peace abound in everything that you do; and may you be made bold by the Holy Spirit. Able to witness for the lord through persecution and difficulty. Our standard is not the things of this world that rot away but eternal things that abide forever by the word of God. I love you in the lord. Amen.
THE RTS, A ROCK OF OFFENCE
Every disciple that follows after Jesus is a rock of offence. A stumbling block to the nations, their values, their position about the nature of things and their traditions. Even the “Christian religious leaders” have a tradition already. Only their children and best supporters as well as those that do not oppose the exploitation of the little ones get to stay in place. The rest listen and belong from a distance. The Holy Spirit says that is no different from what the Scribes and Pharisees did. The anointing gift for works has nothing to do with the fire. GO FOR THE FIRE; BECOME A ROCK OF OFFENCE IN THIS PRESENT AGE BY STANDING WITH TRUTH.
FEAR NOT.
Isaiah 8:13-16 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken. Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
Perfection Ministry is sanctified a rock of offence to them that love their lives more than the lord. It should be known to you that people from the churches will now hate you more than ever before. Stand firm and declare the truth in these last days.
The world is not split into two groups; those that attend your church and they that do not. Rather the lord recognizes them that listen to his voice and do and of course even in the churches, many do not listen at all to do. They listen to control and lord over others.
