The RTS training program is not another church. Rather, it is an inter/intra-denominational course to equip and guide through perfection ministry restoration of the tithe fellowship in fulfillment of the word of God.
The priests of Old and now pastors of today have broken the covenant of Levi (Mal 2:8). They use tithe money to enrich themselves -leaving the many children of God to go hungry. Tithes in scripture was meant to be shared amongst Christians and to do charitable works at the end of each tithing season.
